Measurement, Alteration, Wear & Care Policy

As a bespoke clothing company, our garments begin with trained tailors taking precise and accurate measurements of each client, forming the foundation of proper fit and construction.

We understand that some natural measurement fluctuation may occur between the initial measurement and final fitting. To accommodate this, the following policy applies:

  • A measurement variance of ± 2cm from the original measurements is included in the garment price.

  • Any measurement change beyond ± 2 cm will be considered a significant alteration and will incur an additional alteration fee, billed separately.

  • Significant measurement changes may also require additional fittings, which may be subject to additional charges.

Condition Upon Delivery

  • Clients are required to inspect garments at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • Any concerns regarding workmanship or condition must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • Any remedies, if applicable, will be determined at our discretion and may include repair, adjustment, or other resolution. Replacement, refunds, or discounts are not guaranteed.

After Delivery

  • As our garments are custom made, they are constructed with appropriate extra fabric to allow for standard ± alterations where required; however, once a garment has been delivered, any alterations requested thereafter will incur additional fees.

  • Once a garment has been let out to its maximum allowance, no further let-out adjustments can be accommodated.


Wear & Tear

Our garments are crafted to the highest standards; however, wear and tear will naturally vary based on frequency of use, body movement, care, and environmental factors.

  • Alterations are intended to address fit adjustments only and do not include repairs related to wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • The determination of what constitutes normal versus excessive wear and tear is made at our discretion, based on industry standards and the condition of the garment.

  • For wear and tear outside of what would be considered normal, please contact us for assessment, and we will advise on possible solutions and associated costs where applicable.

Care & Cleaning

Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserving the integrity, appearance, and fit of custom garments.

  • We are not responsible for damage, colour variation, shrinkage, distortion, or improper fit resulting from incorrect cleaning, pressing, storage, or general maintenance.

  • Clients are responsible for following all care instructions provided and for using qualified professional cleaners experienced in handling fine, custom garments.

By proceeding with payment, the client hereby acknowledges and accepts this Measurement, Alteration, Wear & Care Policy.
